做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
