做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
