做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
