做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
