做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
