做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
