做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
