做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
