做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
