做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
