做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
