做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝。 -
