做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
