做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
