做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
