做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
