做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
