做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
