做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
