做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
