做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
