做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
