做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
