做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
