做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
