做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
