做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
