做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
