做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
