做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
