做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
