做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
