做法(fǎ ):洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
