做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
