做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
