做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
