做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
