做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
