做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
