做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
