做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
