做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
