做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
