做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
