做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
