做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
