做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
