做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
