做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
