做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
